Job Scope

The successful incumbent will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. 
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Follow up on manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the managers
  • Assist colleagues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (written-oral)
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritize personal workload.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in the same position
  • Excellent Computer Skills and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure to target group goals
  • Excellent communication – presentation skills
  • A second language will be considered as plus 
  • Customer Service position will be considered as plus 
  • An administrative or sales background will be considered as plus 
  • CRM knowledge will be considered as plus
